I wanted to try this out again. Had speed today. mile wu, 6mile steady state. Splits: 7:41, 7:40, 7:42, 7:35, 7:21, 7:18. I felt pretty good about this workout. I had my first asthma attack on this run inbetween mile 5 and 6 so that was exciting and scary. I stopped and breathed for about 4min and then I was good to go again. mile cd. Got some stretching in afterwards as well
